Log in to
Online Portal.

XpressChek provides all our clients with a personal login name and password to access our secure online portal; anytime, anywhere. With bank level security and the server and data maintained in Canada, we guarantee that all the information you provide is secure and confidential.

Select service.

Once you’re in the portal, select the ‘build a report’ tab, and then chose from the options listed. For Criminal Record Checks, you also have the additional options of requesting a hard copy Police Certificate or a Rush Service.

Input applicant’s information.

Manually input your applicant’s information.

Attach PDF’s.

You will need to have scanned and saved copies of your applicants 2 forms of ID and signed consent forms. Once that’s done, all you have to do is attach them to your request.

Verify and confirm order.

Once you’ve input the information and attached the required documents, all we ask is for you to double check the information provided and confirm the order… the rest is up to us!

Service Provider receives request.

Depending on the type of background check being performed, your request will either be received by the police, or by one of XpressChek’s Analysts.

Service Provider consults databases.

This is where either the police consult the CPIC database, or one of our analysts will consult the Canadian Credit Bureau database. During this step, your report will be generated.

Report goes to XpressChek quality assurance department.

Before we send your report to you, we recheck all the information is accurate in our Quality Assurance Department

Client receives report.

We’ll email you to notify you that the report is complete and available through the Portal. From there, you are able to view save or print the report.
