At XpressChek we aim for a turnaround within 24 hours, or one business day, for a Criminal Record, or Credit Check. We understand that when it comes to acquiring information about a potential hire, you need a reliable, fast and accurate report, so as to avoid any hiring delays or unnecessary costs.
You will need to provide us with two pieces of government issued identification, one of which must contain a photograph and signature and one which must include the applicant’s name and date of birth. Background screening checks can only be performed with the consent of the individual, so you must also attach signed copies of the authorization forms which we will provide you with.
All of our background screening checks can be submitted directly through your contact at XpressChek. For our two most popular background screening checks (the Criminal Record Check, and the Credit History Check) you can either submit the information directly through your contact at XpressChek or through XpressChek’s online portal… whatever works best for you! Both methods have very fast turnaround times (approximately one business day), and both methods provide the same accurate information. At XpressChek there are strict and formal procedures, policies and guidelines that we follow to ensure confidentiality, retention and proper disposal of all personal information provided to the Screening Department.
